Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations and Shipping

If you're not completely happy with a purchase, it can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, or returned for merchandise credit. Enjoy an extra 7 days to make your return for online purchases.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, with all original labels and tags attached and hygienic condition.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Proof of purchase is required, such as a receipt, invoice, order history page, or order email.
- If there appears to be fraud or abuse, we may not accept your return. Fraudulent account will be deactivated.
In-Store Returns
- Whether you bought your items online or in any of our stores, you can return or exchange them at the main office store. It's fast and free!
- In-store purchases cannot be returned online and must be returned in main office store.
Online Returns
- In-store purchases cannot be returned online and must be returned in store.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know.
- Purchases made online are not eligible for returns until the full order has shipped.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non¬refundable.
- A full refund to the original form of payment used for the purchase, available 5-7 days after we receive your return, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping and Handling Fees
- Shipping and handling fees apply to all delivery orders, based on the chosen delivery method.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable regardless if a return or replacement.
Exchanges
- We cannot accept exchanges by mail at this time. You can place a new order for an updated item, and separately mail the return back to us.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know.
- You can exchange items at our main office store with proof of purchase within 30 days.
Cancellations
- You’ll have up to one hour to cancel your entire order or remove individual items once your order is placed.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Please note that overnight, and two day shipping orders cannot be canceled or modified.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- After cancelling your items, you may still see a pending charge. Depending on the policies of your bank, this charge should disappear within 5-7 business days. Contact your bank for any clarification on pending charges.
Card Payments

The refund timing depends on your card issuer’s or your bank’s policies.
We do not offer cash refunds or refunds requested by third parties.
